How To Get Away with Murder - Season 1 and 2
Friday, April 22, 2016
I heard a lot of recommendations from my friends and my colleagues that this tv series is to watch for. Yes! I totally agree. I joined the hype.
**WARNING SPOILER ALERT**
What is the plot of the story?
The story revolves on a crime scene where the interns of Annalise were involved. Then, every episode has a new case to defend. Annalise is a lawyer and a professor. She has a class called How to Get Away with Murder. She choose 5 students to be her intern, who will help her for research to defend her real life cases. Season 1 mostly revolve with the death of Leila (the missing student and found in the tank) and Sam (the husband of Annalise) while on Season 2 was more on the story behind the main characters such as Annalise, Bonnie and Frank.
The first season was an introduction of the series. Letting the characters show their strengths and attitude towards the situation. Every one was a threat to them and every one wants to have the trophy until Sam's death happened. They show how to be tough and at the same time vulnerable.
The second season was the continuation of the climax of season 1 which made everything interesting and exciting. It revealed a lot of secrets from the past. It gave reasons on how the character's behavior affect the present events. There are many events that made me gosh, shocked and what to scream at the same time. Everything is so unexpected. I really enjoy the story of the series or movies if I will not able to predict it's ending or the next scene. Now, I know the reason why Viola Davis won an award for being Annalise Keating. She is really a great actress, she shows the weakness and strength of her character.
I recommend this for sure. To those people who loves to think, to solve a crime and to know what's inside the world of lawyers, you should watch this.
The Verdict: 5 stars out of 5 stars. (I'm too biased hahaha)
